Tofazzal Islam

Dr. Tofazzal Islam is Professor and Director, Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Gazipur, Bangladesh. He is one of the renown biotechnologists in Bangladesh and a leader in wheat blast research. His current research is focussed on the use of biostimulants, especially plant probiotic and soil endophytes for crop production and protection.
